​How soon until I get my vehicle back? 

This depends on the size of the job; some work can take a few days or longer. We will help you get a rental car if needed. Our shop guarantees to make your repair process go as smooth as possible by working with your schedule and fixing your vehicle’s damage in a safe and timely manner. 

Will my vehicle ever be the same? 

We are committed to repairing your vehicle properly and effectively. Each accident is different, but many of our customers are surprised by how good their vehicle looks after their repairs are completed. Feel free to check out our “Before and After” page to see some of our shop’s recent repairs. 

Can I tow my vehicle directly to your shop? 

Yes. We recommend using S&R Towing for any after-hour towing. Simply call them at

(812) 944-8225 and request for your car to be towed to Clarksville Collision. 

How do I get an estimate? 

We offer free estimates to anyone who walks through our doors. You can call us at (812) 945-1926 to set up an appointment with our estimator, or you can walk in when convenient for you. Our office hours are 7:30a.m. to 5:30p.m., Monday through Friday. 

Am I required to get three estimates?

No, it is not necessary to get three estimates. We will need a claim number, write the estimate and submit it to your insurance company for approval. Our body shop is very familiar with Indiana insurance laws and practices, and we work directly with all insurance providers.

If you’ve already been given an estimate by your insurance company, you can give it to us as the initial estimate of record. If more damage is found, we will add it to the estimate and contact the insurance company.

Who decides where my vehicle is repaired?

Indiana Law states that you, the consumer, have the right to choose the shop of your choice to repair your vehicle.  Your insurance company is required to work with the shop you choose.  When you choose Clarksville Collision Center Inc., you can be sure that we have your best interest in mind and that you will drive away in a vehicle that has been properly repaired.

What if I need a rental car?

We will set up your rental car with either Enterprise or Hertz.  Your rental vehicle will be ready for you when you bring your vehicle in for repairs.  When we are finished with your repair, you can leave the rental car here as well.

Do you repair hail damage?

Absolutely, we can assess and repair your PDR (Paintless Dent Repairs) needs.  

Who determines if my car is a total loss?

Your insurance company uses the actual cash value of your vehicle and compares it to the estimated cost of repair with a factor of salvage taken into consideration.  In certain cases, when the vehicle is close to being determined to be a total loss, the vehicle owner may be contacted by the insurance company prior to a final decision.

Does Clarksville Collision Center Inc. provide a warranty?

Yes, we provide a written limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. We have been in business since 1972 and will be here to honor our warranty.  We unconditionally guarantee that you will be satisfied with every aspect of our repair process. *Warranty does not include additional/post damage or road hazard/wear items. Parts are warranted by the manufacturer.*
